A big well done to the Fast Lane staff for the superior customer service over the Christmas rush!
Christmas is a busy time for all service providers but especially for the logistics industry where there is increased demand as customers want their packages delivered before Christmas day. This year this became increasingly difficult as the couriers had to battle with terrible weather conditions with snow of up to more than a foot in some areas, icy roads and airport closures.
Nonetheless Fast Lane staff was fully available to help during this period and endeavoured to assist for on- time parcel delivery and on occasion bore the brunt of customer frustration. We would also like to thank all the customers for their patience and for appreciating that the snow was not due to fault of our own and beyond human control.
