Weather Conditions causing Possible Delays
The heavy snowfall across the UK is impacting our operations in different parts of the network. Disruption at a number of airports across the UK over the weekend led to some inbound parcels being delayed. However, additional resources have been put in place to deal with any backlog caused by closures at these airports.
In the meantime, we are providing alternative options and making adjustments to our network as necessary to best serve our customers and to ensure as many shipments as possible get to their final destinations in time. DHL is closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates, as appropriate.
